Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all electrical services provided by HAYBIN Electrical.

1. Scope of service

Services are limited to what is agreed in writing in your quote or work order. Additional work discovered on site will be quoted separately before proceeding.

2. Quotes & pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
• Quotes provided remotely are estimates and may be revised after on-site inspection.
• Emergency callouts may incur an out-of-hours surcharge, disclosed before dispatch.

3. Payment terms

• Residential jobs are payable on completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Commercial jobs may require a deposit; final invoices are payable within 7 days.
• Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing prime rate.

4. Workmanship guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion. This guarantee excludes damage caused by third parties, misuse, or upstream utility faults.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may incur a callout fee.
